Still there are many other things that they could include (minus gotham news).'Making of' on 2DVD set of TDK was kinda joke.It could have been much better.I do hope they release 7/8 DVD set.Look at Matrix Ultimate Collection.There is something for everyone.

Some commentaries would be nice. With some of the cast/crew if Nolan doesn't want to do one.

Like others have said I think there might be a "Special Edition" of TDK when BB3 in about to be released. I'm hoping for a cool collective package for all 3 together with some special perks of interviews and documentaries on the juggernaut that has become Nolan's Batman.

I would love to see all the Heath footage put together. I get that it's a touchy subject for Nolan, but all the fans would love it, and it could be done in a classy way as a tribute.
