I'm pumped for this. It's somewhat under the radar on this site but everything from the great source material (loved the book), the cast, and the director points to this succeeding.

I'm thinking this film will be much more of a prequel to Alien than a sequel to Prometheus. Prometheus won't be completely abandoned but I'd be surprised if this doesn't stand on it's own legs and sort of ignores the preceding events. I mean the way it's being marketed heavily signifies this.
