I will say this about AI, I really really like that film. It's my favourite Spielberg film and one of my favourite films of all time. Of course die hard Kubrick fans never liked what Spielberg did.

I would love to have seen what Kubrick would've done with Napoleon.

Yep you're probably right, I've probably misjudged the reaction so far. RotF has 19% rating on RT which even Dark of the Moon couldn't beat. Still getting mostly poor reviews.

I think he said some pretty stupid things and I say this as a massive fan of Gary Oldman. Marc Streitenfeld will probably be doing the soundtrack for this (though I notice he didn't do The Counsellor)

I rather liked his Prometheus score.

I've always liked The Prince of Egypt, so much so that I massively prefer it to Heston's The Ten Commandments (sacrilege to say that?).
