Another alternative for world premiere is Smithsonian's national air & space museum IMAX. The first theatrical trailer for Interstellar premiered there last May.

Already mentioned this above, yeah it's likely but I still prefer to have Lincoln Square NY to have world premiere as Grauman's Chinese isn't real IMAX even with 70mm. Actually the screen size is the third largest in North america, so it's not a Liemax, but I can see that it's screen ratio is a 1,8...

I think the world premiere would be at TCL Chinese Theater IMAX (Grauman's chinese theater, now renovated to be an IMAX theater).
