Re: How Inception Could Have Been Better
It was, but with no real threat. And no real stakes. That's because it was all a dream, and that is just lame IMO. it wasnt all a dream...so the stakes were very real I agree, but let's be honest here. *SPOILERS* - Limbo was explored and Cobb can get people out, that threat was diminished -The name...

Re: How Inception Could Have Been Better
Anti- Extractor/militarized boss -In my opinion, I felt that Inception needed an individual to counter Cobb’s team of inception inside of Fischer’s subconscious. We were introduced with the idea that “important” people can have extractors train their mind to create militarized projections. But why n...

Re: Possible Sequel???
Just leave it as it is, a sequel is a terrible idea and would ruin the mystery of the movie. His previous films followed characters and “down to earth” experiences and problems. The dream share device, the concept of Inception/extraction is found all over the world however. It could easily have a s...

Re: For Those Who Have Questions
I have a question. Sorry if it has been asked already. How were the dreamers consciously aware that they were dreaming? Take the whole “This is your first lesson” scene. It was mind blowing because what Cobb said was very true: you always end up in the middle of the dream (never remember the beginni...
Re: 528491!!
So it turns out that “528 491” were just random numbers sputtered out by Fischer? What was so important about obtaining the numbers in the first place? I know the attempted kick was set up in one of the two rooms, but other than that, can someone explain the “objective” for the whole hotel sequence,...

Re: 2nd viewing: Key scenes/details to help decipher the puz
The reason why Saito was old in limbo whereas Cobb wasn't is because Saito went into limbo earlier than Cobb did. Earlier by only a few minutes on the 3rd level, but probably much, much longer in limbo time. Care to explain the whole time thing when regarding the dream levels? Plus, why didn...

Re: 2nd viewing: Key scenes/details to help decipher the puz
Another thing I noticed that seems prevalent is that when they wake up on the plane, you can tell that the rest of the team has been awake for a while. I think Cobb and Saito were in Limbo for a very long time, that Cobb didn't age because he was aware of where he was while Saito thought it was rea...

Re: Your INCEPTION review!
The movie left me feeling cold, but I was also in a state of awe and bewilderment! It was a “good” movie experience, I will never do another midnight showing again, bottom line it was just unhealthy lol. The movie was amazing and I will write up a review soon, I hope. Just wanted to point out some t...
