Some of the photos Kartel posted in this thread - http://www.nolanfans.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=3432&start=180 - look like stills from this doc. So maybe it is on the Blu Ray? Not able to check mine till the 22nd when i get to a blu-ray player, also as I'm in the UK maybe the doc is on the US...

It was just a white box for me for a while, then I gave up and clicked the white box - voila, video loaded a few seconds later... Obviously needed a kick.
