Re: Nolan's Shooting ratio
For The Dark Knight it was 200-1. Meaning for every 200 minutes he shoot's, he only uses 1 of them. Unfortunate if you ask me.

Best Dialogue Writer?
My vote goes to Tarantino. The convosations and dialogue in his films are fantastic. Examples *The Superman speech in Kill Bill Volume Two *The "Hamburgers for Breakfast" scene in Pulp Fiction. *The opening scene in Inglorious Basterds. *The opening scene in Pulp Fiction. *The edning scene in Pulp F...

Re: speechless
Ok.... I like the whole idea, and the opening and closing shot's having you inteview the girl, but it wasn't really well made. A lot of audio drop outs at random times, and I'm not talking about when in is supposed to be quite. And imo, it shouldn't have been silent, it get's boring, it would have b...

Re: New Avatar Trailer
The CGI looks much better than before, not photorealistic, but very, very good. I'll still probably see it and most likely enjoy it. My most anticipated for the rest of the year would have to be The Road and Invictus . Some of the CGI didn't look photo realistic, some did. When Jakes say's "Outstan...

Gonna be the best of 2009 that's for sure. From seeing the trailer, I think this could be the movie of the decade.

'Cause that would make it easier, then your classmates will understand that you have to make some dicisions without people com...

"21" Scene Recreation- Major on set issues
So the project is to recreate a scene from a movie. I chose the first casino scene (Chinese Bar) from the film "21". It's very challanging because it has at least 45 shot's in the 3 minute scene, a lot of close ups and fast cuts to try to keep the viewer interested in the card game. Well, turns out ...

Re: "Beat It" Music Video
It great but the end tittle maybe should've waited until the song was completely over. It's wierd Michael Jackson singing "Beat It" and then the mechanic noise of the end title. It was good though. PS: I found your reflection. Thanks. Yeah, I was planning on have the music fade off, but I finished ...
