Re: Interstellar General Information
Maybe someone here with a twitter account could try to ask this person for more details? Heard some killer insider info today from one of my grip friends who worked on the set of Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar". Kubrick who? https://twitter.com/kyleoz/status/442163212364955648 I'm intrigued. Tha...

Re: HBO's True Detective
My prediction for the end. Expect darkness and ambiguity. There will not be anything close to a happy ending and questions will not be answered. Rust and Marty will stumble on the huge conspiracy at the church. The sheriff will tell them info that leads them there. There's probably an underground ri...

Re: Posters
I have a curiosity for the marketing of the movie since Paramount kinda sucks for promoting films most of the time (Seriously, Noah...) while Warner is the exact opposite (really, the marketing for Gravity, Her, The Great Gatsby and Godzilla, among other movies, has been great). Working together I ...

Re: Interstellar General Information
I can't recall a film with such an impressive cast led by the hottest actor in Hollywood. Nolan had the keys to the castle with this cast. I mean, even the supporting roles are filled with killer actors. Chastain was the hottest actress for a while. Paramount would be idiots to not utilize McConaugh...

Re: Matthew McConaughey as Cooper (male lead)
Has anyone else thought that McConaughey looks a lot like Harrison Ford as Deckard in Blade Runner? Especially with that brown jacket. Nolan's seen Blade Runner hundreds of times so at the least he would've recognized the similarities.

Re: Could TDKR have forgone combat completely?
Applaudable is Nolan's effort to make a movie that doesn't reply on fist strikes and gun shots to make it's most powerful moments, yet there are still numerous combat bits (less than TDK) though. Do you think that TDKR's absence of Batman in action, pummeling his foes in the ground and narrowly esc...
