The Prometheus hate bandwagon is so obnoxious. That movie has so many ambitious ideas, sure there are issues, but the ideas in that movie are awesome. I love that it opened up the lore to this more cosmic terror along the HP Lovecraft route. Plus, from a technical perspective, that movie is beautiful.

Just saw this last night on a whim with the wife. I actually thoroughly enjoyed this! I kept the cheesiness needed for a Power Rangers adaptation, it was surprisingly funny and the action wasn't too bad. RJ Cyler is terrific in it. 7/10

Yeah I don't understand being bored of a franchise that has take its time, only has two movies instead of this huge over saturated cinematic universe. And on top of that, both films so far were very very good. This looks great, I am so on board for this.

I still need to see this. Nichols is probably my favorite director these days.

This movie was not without its fair share of issues. But the line about the ants from Rielly makes the entire movie worth it. 7/10 for me.
