Re: Pitt, Bale, & Gosling board 'The Big Short'
Oh my...that trailer was odd. Seeing as the director of this is Adam McKay of Anchorman I can't help but wonder if there was some comedic purpose intended behind it. Regardless, it didn't work haha. I'm still very excited for this film though obviously.

Re: HBO's The Leftovers
Well, prepare to love or hate where this show just went haha. I for one thought it was brilliantly done but I also reserve judgment for how it follows up this surprising turn.

Re: The Night Before (2015)
At first glance these movies from Rogen and friends seem to be equivalent to the soulless cash grabs generated by Sandler and friends' movies. I for one thought Season 2 was pretty good just very in...

Re: Rick and Morty
I haven't seen much of Season 2 yet but I'll always remember being surprised by the dark existentialist humor of the first season. The ending of the first episode I saw, Rick Potion No. 9, was also the moment I knew I was in for something remarkably unique A traumatized Morty burying the body of his...

Re: Memento remake
I'm thinking they completely reinvent the film and take a more artistic angle to the material. Instead of telling the story through chronologically inversed timelines, they go the more risky route and present it as a linear narrative. I expect us to be blown away.
