It's definitely a fan-made poster. Firstly, Warner Bros. hasn't announced Batman 3. Besides, the work on the script hasn't even started.. It must have started already, because Nolan confirmed that Catwoman won't be in the movie and Gary Oldman told that they will start shooting next year. Literally...
