for some reason, a lot of the 65 stuff in Dunkirk was pretty grainy on 15/70 - moreso than some 35 stuff on Interstellar . especially weird because 65 should have more resolution and hoyte beat the shit out of the negatives in Interstellar - that 35 stuff is filthy i’m hopeful that they’ve treated t...

i haven’t stopped thinking about this movie since i saw it so that’s probably a good sign. it’s anti-la la land but also not was lucky to get to see a 70mm print and this is the first movie i’ve seen in quite a while that would not have been possible to shoot digitally (sorry mr yedlin). linus cooks...
