Crane would be like this -> :judge:
Death or exile for the Academy?

[SPOILERS] Your interpretation of the last shot (Poll)

I say he stays at Wayne Manor. The shot in the Batcave was an homage to fanboys and is a metaphor that he's the new protector of Gotham.

The Nolan Fans Awesome Scale: The Dark Knight Rises

Despite its flaws (namely, Bane's anti-climatic death), this one gets 100%.

Your Theater's Reaction?

IMAX clapped a lot on Saturday, but only a few clapped on yesterday in the regular theater and there weren't very many people, probably from the shooting. I clapped anyway, because I was viewer that theater needed, but not the one it deserved, because they can't appreciate so much awesome.

Spoilers

I knew a little too much than what I would have liked going in. I even technically knew the ending before going but forgot about it since I didn't believe it was legit. In the end, I was so engrossed in the story, my enjoyment was detracted little, if at all.

The Dark Knight Rises Appreciation Thread

Bane's voice in The prologue

Yeah, it seemed off to me, but it's a nit. Great movie. :goNF:

A Problem With The Ending?

How is the lie that Bruce Wayne/Batman is dead different from lie about Dent's character? I know there's a difference, but I can't pinpoint it. It's not a huge deal, but just wondering what you guys think.

Criticisms of The Dark Knight Rises? (spoilers)

I think
Bane's death was anti-climatic. Catwoman just shoots him and that's it. Batman should have permanently damaged his mask and Bane could have died an awesome agonizing death.

[SPOILERS] The Final Scene

How do you all think the lie to protect Dent's reputation is different than the one that Bruce Wayne/Batman is dead? I'm totally fine with the ending (loved it!), but wondering what ya'll think.
