Batman moves out of July 2021 to October 2021. No WB movie has to move to July 2021. I am guessing Tenet is moving.

I'm thinking that's just because Batman's production has been delayed by so much.

Exactly. They won't move a nearly 100% completed film until then. Tenet will be a 2020 movie.
