If this next Phase is anything like the last one, most will be good with a few bad ones. The Avengers 2 though will probably be the best one assuming it lives up to the quality of the 1st one.

They will both be great. It is not possible to completely guess though because only this movie has released a trailer.

It may be distracting but it is going to boost sales. Portal 1 and 2 players ( if not already) are going to buy tickets due to it. Also, Del Toro has stated in interviews regarding that that he wanted it because he is a big Portal fan.
