What would your totem be?

It wouldn't make sense if the dreamer recreated you, because then it wouldn't really be you. I know that sounds obvious but I feel like that would make performing extraction and inception extrememely difficult if it wasn't actually you in the dream. The projections are the people the dreamer creates...

Showtime's Dexter

Idk if anyone on here has read the books by Jeff Lindsey, but aren't the first two seasons of the show based on the first two books? I know that the show started to take its own path from the books, but I'm in the middle of the second book and it shows no resemblence to the second season of the show...

The Great Gatsby (2012)

I'm actually really excited to see the movie after watching the trailer (which I've done at least a dozen times). I love the story of the Great Gatsby and it looks like this remake is going to have a much more modern interpretation of the same story. I think its the feel of the movie that really app...

EURO 2012

So how are we liking the possibility of a Spain vs. Germany rematch? My sister is a huge Germany fan while I love Spain. Between Euro 2008 and World Cup 2010, there have been some major arguments lol. They seem to always end up playing each other in a pivotal match, so I'm wondering what y'all think...

What would your totem be?

I think a tattoo totem would be cool too. It would be hard for a dreamer to recreate a tattoo that was super intricate or that they didn't know was there. The Kicks

I was talking about this the other day in the Arthur in the van forum. I think its the falling to your death that wakes them up in the dream. For example, if you're asleep and you fall out of the chair you wake up, but you also wake up if you dream that you fall off a cliff. Because Cobb is in a dre...

Most CGI out of any Nolan film?

See, I disagree. I think out of all of his films Inception has to have the most CGI. The only things I can really think of that were CGI in BB are the bats (which honestly I didn't realize were until reading this) and the fear toxin effect. Inception has to have not only more but more on a more not...

Most CGI out of any Nolan film?

Not really. They tried to do it practically and it was a mess Read more: http://www.nolanfans.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=10125&start=10#ixzz1y9UzHAq5 This film does seem to have more CGI than Nolan's other films. But the thing about Nolan is that he tries to everything without CGI if physicall...

How does Arthur stay asleep in the van?

[quoteI'm sorry, you're right. I was just trying to do it from memory and for some reason remember Cobb waking up in the van and swimming to the surface. I think that's Arthur that does that though. My bad. Read more: http://www.nolanfans.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=2291&start=70#ixzz1xnqWpEmt][...
