Re: The Matrix: Resurrections (2021)

Re: Oppenheimer - General Information
A lot of those $100M is going in these actors. I hope not. Huge paychecks for actors are wasted money nowadays. Only maybe a few exceptions like Leo DiCaprio can convince a huge amount of people going to the cinema. The times were famous actors could sell a movie are over. I guess all these actors ...

Re: Cast
Unless Nolan takes the film in some wild different direction from the book, it is going to be all white characters, so prepare for the angry twitter takes... The only real diversity is that many characters are Jewish, if that counts. Now that you call it. Maybe Nolan has to out itself as non-binary...

Re: Soundtrack: Göransson Returns
Dune Soundtrack was annoying as hell. Especially that clichee oriental/ethno female crying. So damn exhausting. There was no striking melody that everyone immediately assign to Dune. Hans Zimmers last great soundtrack was Interstellar.

My feelings from the beginning. An imax biopic makes no sense. We still don't know wha...

Re: Nolanhack's Next Flick
I remember people talked here about the possibility of Nolan financing a big budget movie from his own money. Coppola seems to do that with Megalopolis. According to him he spends 100 million on it. So if no studios wants Nolan anymore, we have a Plan B

Re: Untitled Oppenheimer Project - General Information
I just hope its not a straight forward biopic who wants to do justice for Oppenheimer. Besides a few exceptions (Mishima comes to my mind) I really dislike biopics. I'm rooting for more fiction than reality.

Re: Untitled Oppenheimer Project - General Information
Do you guys remember how long the timespan between first informations/rumors and actual shooting was with Dunkirk?
I'm rooting for a Fall/Winter 2022 release.

Re: The Matrix: Resurrections (2021)
Somehow I can't take Keanu Reeves serious anymore as a actor. The trailer felt fanmade or like a meme
