Re: Tenet - Box Office Discussion/Speculation

Try daily contacts and get a 2nd opinion. I'd do that way before having a surgery on my eyeballs. I have astigmatism and am not blind yet.

Re: [SPOILER] Discussion/Speculation Thread

Has anyone noticed this shot in last month's trailer? At 0:25 , there's a shot of the guy with a mask in an Audi on the docks. Behind that car is a partial concrete barrier, and there are random wisps of smoke. I've been wondering where the hell that random smoke was coming from. At first I thought...

Anyone thought that JDW's line...
"Farewell, Sir Michael" was moving?? I felt that was Nolan's farewell to Sir Michael Caine...
Same. Surprised nobody talks about it. It seems pretty straightforward.

Re: Tenet User Reviews/Reactions [Possible SPOILERS]

Would you say that Nolan has made this story timeless without any current political commentary? Also, did he keep it timeless and not put any current real life news/media brands in this film? In other words does this film favor one political ideology or was it made for everyone and timeless like he...

Re: Tenet User Reviews/Reactions [Possible SPOILERS]

I'm not sure if this was mentioned before, but there are a few lines I loved and thought were really timely, and/or appropriate in a way. I can't quote exactly, but here are two that stood out for me: Neil explains the grandfather paradox, and how it cannot be resolved, as it is a paradox, but the ...

it's so tempting to book a flight to las vegas to watch Tenet on labor day weekend. dammit.
Do it
then the Inception sequel can be about how Nolan planted the seed in your mind that you needed to see his movie, which grew into the idea that caused you to spread covid across America. :D

Re: TENET - General Information

still havent seen it (who knows when it will come here) but i feel TENET will be more appreciated later in time, like the prestige, the negative reactions seem like knee jerk reactions based of prejudices critics have of Nolan, the more negative ones i read the more im convinced of it. once you see...

Re: Tenet - Box Office Discussion/Speculation

All 3 screenings I went to here were packed. How "safe" did you feel there? And I don't mean as far as some people feel they can't get the virus at all no matter what, but I just mean as far as spacing, mask-wearing, etc. and to add. We went to the luxury theatre in our city where there was literal...
