Nobody talks about the 4k console "Project Scorpio" Microsoft just announced for 2017?

I think he's talking about games from Bethesda Game Studios, so Fallout and TeS only (atleast I do). And I found their gameplay always pretty average, the combat in Skyrim is very simple for example.
