Not untill after the first teaser trailer is my guess, and that poster could most likely be a 'teaser' poster aswell.

I really do think it's just because of his hair is thin and 'loose' on the bottom. There is a building on his left but there would be more then enough light coming from the right side to get that look with a photo along with the exposure from the camera itself. I don't see 'grey' hair anywhere.
His hair on the sides do look 'brighter' on some of those pictures but I'm pretty damn sure that just because of direct sunlight/skylight.
