the critics have so much power and they screw around with the fans and general public... its both hilarious and disturbing at the same time

most sequels seem like they are flat out worse

that same site gave the prior Batman movies 4.5/5 stars, but that was done by some other guy. The most recent reviews on TDKR, TAS, & Avengers were all done by Nicholson.

that publication is brutal. They gave the Avengers 3/5, but Amazing Spider-Man 4/5 stars.

i wouldn't expect Superman to be the same quality as the presumed Batman trilogy will be. I don't even think Nolan could do what he did to Batman and apply it to heroes like Superman, Green Lantern, etc.

well, i guess we'll see how this goes. Hopefully, its better than the live-action movie.

EDIT: I just read some backstory on this TV series. Now I've seen how this short-movie came together.

The Amazing Spider-Man was so overrated and so is Garfield's performance. Judging this movie on its on merits, I still think its worse than Raimi's Spiderman 1 & 2. So many of the scenes were so poorly put together. It sounds like I'm completely trashing it, but I'd give it a 6.8 to a 7.0 out of 10....

I remember this trailer vividly because the actual movie on the other hand....
