If you're referring to that pic of Nolan and DiCaprio, it's clearly a behind-the-scenes photo, not a still from the movie.
Nolan never has cameos.

Personally I think that trailer was excellent as far as the amount of revealed info goes.
Within 2 sentences it explains the main premise, but you still have no idea what's happening. That's a well thought-out trailer, I tell ya.
