Re: NF4 Phase 1: Redesign and New Forums
For navigation purposes in a sub-forum or topic it would be nice to have a "forum jump" option at the bottom of the page, or at least an overview, so you don't have to scroll back up to the top of the page again every time.

Star Trek Into Darkness (2013)
In reality, Alice Eve looks fantastic. The scene is in the movie. So what. In reality, Hemsworth looks fantastic. His purposefully placed panty wetter shot being shirtless on the beach is in the movie. So what. There is only one significant difference: For every gratuitous shot of a shirtless Hemsw...

Steven Soderbergh - The State Of Cinema
At the San Francisco International Film Festival Steven Soderbergh gave a speech about the state of cinema as he sees it. http://blog.sffs.org/home/2013/4/steven-soderbergh-the-state-of-cinema-video-transcripthtml It's a great if quite depressing read for anyone interested in cinema. I recommend you...

NBC's Hannibal
After just four episodes I am now completely hooked. Really love it. Despite the graphic nature of the gory scenes, they have managed to keep them from appearing gratuitous (so far). Fuller also has a very good hand with characters. Every main character becomes more fleshed out with each episode, th...

I don't know much about Formula 1, but apparently Bruhl is doing a spot-on impression of Niki Lauda. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0YUFTyHBT4E He does. Brühl nails Lauda's accent. He looks really good. I'm surprised how much scenes Hemsworth gets in the trailer, since it's supposedly a biography a...

Elysium (2013)
That's a pretty badass poster. It's a shame that the final one sheets are often so much worse than the teaser posters. I hope they cook up something this nifty for the official poster.
Can't wait to see some footage!

Interstellar Casting Speculation/Discussion

JGL wouldn't say what he's doing next, but there was a smiling rejection when I mentioned Interstellar, so.....
God, I hope he does this and all those stupid Justice League/Guardians of the Galaxy rumors can put to rest.

Don Jon (2013)
Hey everybody, So, as you might’ve heard already, I wrote and directed a movie last year, and it’s coming out later this year. Which is absolutely crazy, and I still kinda can’t believe it. Anyway, I’m posting this today to let you all know that I’m changing its title. It’s now called… DON JON. I d...

Shame (2011)
I thought it was a beautifully shot but ultimately hollow film, due to the fact, that I wasn't able to build up any emotional connection to the characters at all. Even Fassbender and Mulligan's great performances didn't help to keep me invested in the fate of these people.
