Attack of the Clones is probably my favorite of the prequel trilogy. It has the most to work with thematically, great character opportunities, and the plot structure works very well. Unfortunately the execution is mostly awful.

Was Pierce Brosnan never confirmed as Alfred? I could've sworn he was cast.

I think Brosnan as Alfred was only rumored and not confirmed.

I'm hoping that maybe they leave Alfred out this time around.
