Does anyone have any book recommendations that are particularly good as audiobooks? depends what you like i guess American Gods is one of the best audiobooks, although I don't love Gaiman If you wanna try Murakami, The Wind Up Bird Chronicle is a great audiobook. Need more to work with. -Vader

~To be critical of something you have to understand what the thing is trying to do and then say how that thing fell short of it's goals. It is not simply applying your opinion to something on how you would like it to be~ ur a joke brendo one guy said i should only review cereal boxes lol -Vader

Re: Tenet User Reviews/Reactions [Possible SPOILERS]

i'll post more 2nd viewing thoughts later but a few things: 1.) to those of you who say tenet is a nonstop thrill ride with crazy fast pacing....how? Tenet has so much endless exposition and rambling it makes Inception look like A Man Escaped. It's his talkiest movie. Information is the enemy of emo...

Re: Which IMAX Theaters Are You Going To See TENET? [Lists in the 1st POST]

I just got back from Indianapolis and saw this in 15/70. It's not a great print. Stretches of it are washed out, damaged and crush blacks and detail, especially the opening sequence but it's on and off the entire movie. That said, overall, it did look amazing and was well worth the 6 hour round trip...

Re: Tenet's Cinematography

I think personally some of the issues of Tenet's cinematography is alot of the film takes place in kinda drab, dare I say boring looking locations. Outside of Amalfi, Italy, alot of the film is in shipping containers, industrial parks, warehouse etc. No offense to the city of Tallin, but your highw...

Re: What Made You Go WTF?

The marketing of the film by Netflix is appalling and it's in the exact contrast with what the film is trying to point out. it is appalling and this is true, but something I'm not overly announcing is that at the end of the day, intentionality only gets you so far when you're asking child performer...

It’s near the prestige reception
with respect, this isn't true. User ratings for Prestige are glowing (4.1 letterboxd, 8.5 IMDB, 92% on Rotten Tomatoes) compared to Tenet's tepid reactions (3.6 letterboxed, 7.9 IMDB, 77% Rotten Tomatoes). All they share is a Cinemascore.
