Was watching episode 1 and realized tom hardy modeled Bane's movement and poses after qui gon jinn. When you think about the way Bane speaks he kind of sounds like he was trained by a Jedi too . Dude always speaking in proverbs

Minor, but it sort of needs to be pointed out that Anikan = the man, Vader = the man in the suit, doesn't really symbolically workout, since Anakin became Vader pre-immolation, and Lucas very explicitly wanted to cement that Vader wasn't just his iconic suit. I thought Snoke was just a metaphor
for the 2 young generals leading by counsel from the ghost of Vader within them . Dude was made to look like a giant hologram ghost on a throne. Kind of references back to Kylo's hamlet-esque communication with the skull

You say this as though the original cast didn't feature young adults. Not really. They all felt older. Luke :clap: was the only one who was arguably playing a younger guy but as an actor he was already beyond the age that he was playing . Here they actually all looked like teenagers. Even the triba...
