Looks pretty good, and has a couple of familiar faces: Matthew Modine and Cara Buono.

Pretty much what Chris said. Seems like people are trying to find their own bitterness in others, even if that means projecting it. And even if Sarah disliked 510, she could still be active and just not say anything about it.

Re: CBS' Person of Interest

How would you guys rank the seasons? Overall, I'd say 3 and 5 are tied at first place, followed by 4 then 2 then 1. In terms of high points, S5 wins easily, then 3 and 4 are tied at second place followed by 2 and 1. I'd totally cheat on my top 5 list. 1. return 0 / The Day The World Went Away 2. 6,...

Re: CBS' Person of Interest

As good a time as any to say it: This. Fucking. Show. Part TV episode, part meditation on life and love. Perhaps because it started near the end, I was never really worried about the end. I was just in the moment, the message was clear, and it was beautiful. Great work by all involved. A smaller thi...

Re: CBS' Person of Interest

Have to disagree with Tim Surrette in that I think .exe does feel like the penultimate episode. The 'steps' of Finch's plan have a nice mounting tension, especially the walk along the corridor at the end -- the final simulation informing (all but one of) the others and tipping the balance, the repea...

Re: CBS' Person of Interest

Another bookend: 501 & 510.

As for Emmys, is it one or two episodes for acting?

Re: CBS' Person of Interest

Since we know the opening of B.S.O.D. is a message from the Machine, and she says "it's over", does this mean she survives? Of course the shootout sequence in the street with them talking things over ( which was also funny as it was important and serious ). I think we can all agree... SYMPHONY!!! :l...

Re: CBS' Person of Interest

I can relate to Gene. Was nearly sobbing after this one, from the sheer resonance with so many things in the series, far from anything being poorly done. Root is literally next-level now. I love how Finch's monologue is tangibly sad, chilling, and galvanizing. Saw the 10 from Fowler coming the momen...

Re: CBS' Person of Interest

I realised after watching QSO and Reassortment that this season has been really depressing. They've had two victories so far: 1) Getting a sample of Samaritan's code in 503 2) "Four Alarm Fire" In the case of number 1, this lead to the realisation the Machine is no match for Samaritan at all. How m...

Re: CBS' Person of Interest

Finch took a lot of shit from folks tonight, almost deservingly so. Can't help wondering that whatever transpires in Episode 100, pushes him off the edge to finish the job, alone (going by the press releases of 11 & 12). Four threads on the subreddit now, based on just the exchange with Elias. Gett...
