To become logical the last scene of Batman in the Bat, in my opinon the Bat has to split in two ships. One is a mini Jet(or hydro?) and the other is some kind of hovership. To explain better At the bottom of the image a mini bat jet?

Added, The Bat at low altitude. The shadows across batman to me are some kind of water shadows, when you are floating quiet in water. But, I am not 100% sure of that either.
