Sorry it's around the :48 second mark of the MTV trailer... I mistook it for a tv-spot.
He even has the sack over his head, and it looks like he is being escorted out of a foreign prison.

The first time I saw the tv-spot with Bane in handcuffs I thought I must have been fooled with the prologue or it will be used as a flashback sequence. And so what if we didn't actually see the prologue? Or maybe we did... who knows. I like to think the movie will start with Bruce already in prison ...

The prologue not being the prologue isn't that far-fetched an idea... I think in one of the tv-spots there is a shot of Bane being led out in handcuffs of what looks like a prison by the "CIA" men who delivered him to Tommy Carcetti at the plane. Either the narrative structure isn't completely linea...
