Re: Diary: A NolanFans Story

I honestly think that Tenet was the greatest cinema experience of my life. Note that I didn't say best movie I've ever seen. Can't wait to hear what everyone else thinks. Man, I am actually hyped to see it again, despite my issues with it. the strengths still lure me in to come back to it on Saturd...

Re: [SPOILER] Discussion/Speculation Thread

Anyone else kind of upset there wasn't a climatic ending like Nolan's previous films.. it kind of just, ends. "Oh well allow me to retort" You have a point, but I do think that this was a bit of a changeup in Nolans filmography. Sure, there was no huge monologue or spinning top, but the big emotion...

Re: The Batman (2021)

seeing this trailer was genuinely therapeutic. feels great to be excited for film again, especially something far off. it almost reminds you there's a future. -Vader I felt the same. Saw the trailer mid mini birthday gathering with a couple of close friends and couldn't shut up about it for a while...

hey guys

I won't post a whole lot on here these coming days. I'll fulfill my mod duties to keep the Tenet spoilers at bay. I had to put down one of my cats yesterday and I'm absolutely devastated.
Sorry to hear this. Reach out when ready, stuff like that is brutal.

Re: 'Dunkirk' Nolan Fans Member Reviews (NFometer)

After a second viewing, 9.5/10 , only because personally the perfect 10/10 is a mark I feel like I can only truly give once, and I hope that Nolan has something even more groundbreaking in his future. That being said, I did enjoy each and every frame, every line of dialogue, every sound effect and m...

Re: HBO's Westworld

Certainly wasn't perfect, but I suppose I forgive Chris and Jonathan for logical errors and really just enjoy their work. I absolutely loved the entire season and the finale.

Re: HBO's Westworld

Well, i didn't expect that from Ford. Anyway, not as good as last 3 episodes. Still a good episode though. And oh, Dolores' theme is so good. I get whiffs of Memento, Inception, and obviously some sweet western stuff. Yeah same. Not as good as the first 3 episodes? I'll bite. Maeve's whole arc thro...
