If Nolan had shown it, we would see that he enters on only one side and does not enter on the other. That's not how it works. You mean he will not see himself behind the glass when entering the turnstile? What makes you think that? How do you imagine it? Do you think he'll die right inside the turn...

Saw the prologue again and can confirm the guy in the van is definitely not the same guy in the trailer. Lots of people thought that was the case but it's not at all the same guy.
