Re: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022)
I'm pretty sure the family of Chadwick Boseman is in control of this account, not Disney. If they want to promote this movie, that's their decision. I suppose so. Social media is usually handed over to next of kin. But isn't it uncomfortable that whoever did this made it look like it was coming fro...

I've really been enjoying streams of Stray ! But people using PC seem to be struggling with the controls. Anyone know how hard it would be to use a switch controller with a computer?

Re: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022)
Great trailer (I mean it) but I looked at this movie's director and he is a black person. In the past he directed movies only with black lead cast, exactly like Jordan Peele. When I was watching wonder woman I checked to see if it was token for feminism and had a woman director and voila. These ape...

That's so disappointing... Lupita is amazing and deserves a big paycheck. Maybe that's why they went the other way? Wright can't command an expensive contract?Master Virgo wrote: ↑July 24th, 2022, 1:50 amLetitia Wright getting top billing over Lupita means she is, as some of us feared, the new Black Panther. Bleh.

Re: NOPE (2022)
Saw Nope today. Had a really good time. The performances were excellent, and while i didn't think the movie was scary (can't think of many films that scared me) it was tense. The flashback to Yeun's childhood was fascinating, and I think integral to the whole film, it's the ace in Peele's hand. Hoy...

Re: Runtime Speculation
MY question as well, I thought he maxed out the IMAX platters on Interstellar with the 2:45(around that)? Can they not add additional platters or switch to an additional projector? I don't know the logistics, but it feels like the biggest hurdle is a lack of trained projectionists? Good question. M...

Re: Manga & Anime
These days there are no anime like Claymore and Berserk sadly, but Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song and Violet Evergarden have been my favorite animes in the past few years. The closest thing to Claymore vibes that I can name are video games, Nier: Replicant and Nier: Automata . Thanks! I've keep hearing ...
