I really hope Scorsese gets a chance to see it in 15/70 IMAX (AMC Lincoln Square) if he hasn't already since this interview was conducted.

It’s disappointing that Nolan and Hoyte shot this scene of Cillian Murphy and Emily blunt during the day and digitally edited it to look like any regular day-for-night shoot. Interesting that they didn’t use Vistavision, like they used Vistavision to shot effects shots for Interstellar. DNEG was involved in the VFX, which involved the compositing of photographed imagery. But no "computer generated imagery" was used on the movie.

I finally watched it on IMAX 70m last night at Universal City Walk. Man that was so loud, but the image quality 😳😍 I'm going to go soon, as well—how does it compare to the IMAX laser projection at Irvine.
