Re: Soundtrack: Göransson Returns

I was given a VIP seat for the concert so I was sitting next to Hoyte van Hoytema, David Dastmalchian, Steven Yeun, Devon Bostick, Alex Wolff, Childish Gambino, Ludwig’s parents, and Christopher Nolan himself… It was an absolutely incredible experience, one of I will certainly never forget. The con...

Re: Soundtrack: Göransson Returns

After watching it for the seventh time last night, I realized that the second Niels Bohr scene where he says "the world is not prepared" is one of my favorite scenes. It might be my favorite Nolan/Branagh collaboration and I just love how haunting it is. There's something extremely existential about...

Is it just me or is 1:20 of Theorists the same bassline and synth patch 2:51 of WINDMILLS?

Honestly, the bassline/synth in that part of Theorists reminded me the music when Kat is on the yacht in the third act of Tenet.

Re: Soundtrack: Göransson Returns

I mean Hans is incredible, but Ludwig is a more than worthy replacement. I think he’s doing a fantastic job absolutely :) but for me, i never had an emotional connection with ludwigs work. When i listen to interstellar for example i can cry. But don’t get me wrong, the work from Ludwig’s Tenet is a...

Re: Soundtrack: Göransson Returns

I'm not going to deny Nolan's passion for Tenet. I like that movie a lot and find that there's a lot to admire about it. But this project, in every aspect, has felt like more of a passion project. Everyone likes saying it's his "one for them one for me," but with this music, the production and the s...

Re: Oppenheimer - General Information

JFC...heart palpitations all around. This just looks and sounds marvelous. Wonder if this is what they showed at Cinemacon?

Edit: yup seems like it is. No wonder why everyone was raving about it
