Bane doesn't need guards for the pit. The pit itself guards the prisoners. Like he said, "many have died trying" so... maybe that he thinks if someone climbs off of the pit, then he's worth living. Except for Bruce, of course. I'd go with this. Bane didn't feel the need, or want, to guard the pit. ...

Whatever they do I would not want to be the person writing or directing the reboot. It'll be impossible.

They should probably just re-establish Batman in the inevitable JLA movie.

On second thoughts, and in accumulating the scenes which made me face-palm, I've taken my rating from 7 to 6 out of 10. Most ambitious of the trilogy, but the most baffling. Simple editing errors, poor plot-choices, too many logical fallicies and hammy acting are inexcusable. http://www.thedisabled...

I think I agree that I'll need to see it a second time, and probably enjoy it a lot more when I've got it home in a box-set, but my review isn't glowing.
