Re: Tenet Reviews/Reactions [Possible SPOILERS]
Behold, Interstellar, certified fresh at a score of 72%: https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/interstellar_2014 My guess on this (which I mentioned earlier) is that RT used to have a >70% criterion for certified fresh movies, and anything released before that change is grandfathered in to keep its cert...

Re: Tenet Reviews/Reactions [Possible SPOILERS]
Because Tenet is at 74.76%, rounded up. It needs to meet or pass real 75% to be certified fresh. It already did. Technically It needs to be 75% with 80 reviews. I am guessing RT think Tenet will drop more so it is going to wait. Once certified it can’t drop below 70% Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'...

Re: Tenet Reviews/Reactions [Possible SPOILERS]
Question about RT: how is it that Mulan is certified fresh already at 204 reviews and Tenet is still counting at 214? Edit: I see, because Mulan’s score had consistently been above 75%. Interesting when the audience score has consistently been below 60%... As of now, Tenet qualifies for certified f...

Re: Ludwig Göransson will compose Tenet
Won’t see the film for the first time until later today, but Tars did say it plays during Eagle Mountain, so we all assumed it would be in Posterity but it’s nowhere to be found, I really wanted to hear that too... i think it was not in the film but I’m not 100% sure Saw it 3 times, it is in the ea...

Re: Tenet Reviews/Reactions [Possible SPOILERS]
Is there some reason why or is this just guessing? I think the fear is that US reviews will be flavoured with a bunch of performative social commentary ala Joker. AKA, the “Chris Nolan is trying to murder you” crowd. I‘d be surprised if that actually happened, but we’ll see. I’m sure there will be ...

The US critics will bring down this even more Yep should drop a lot in the next week. Is there some reason why or is this just guessing? Rotten incoming: 2/4 https://www.chicagotribune.com/entertainment/movies/michael-phillips/sc-mov-tenet-review-0826-20200826-x5zaoi4o7faq3b3c4tx27b3e4i-story.html Ouch. Michael Phillips has been generally positive about Nolan's work, so that's sort of telling that he only gave it 2 stars. I suppose ...

The Dark Knight Rises Runtime
The official Imax website says 165 minutes. Since Imax is one of the partners behind the technology that made the film, along with their involvement in distribution..I think they're about as official it gets.

That article is political garbage. He calls the film the last hurrah of the Bush administration for the sole reason that he perceives a liberal bias in Nolan's fan-base; he's looking to enrage us. It's silly, because emergency powers (which is the issue he's referring to) is not inherently liberal o...
