https://twitter.com/ErikDavis/status/1664370867197845510 THIS! And the R-rating, this is absolutely exciting!! We're so close now!! Btw, the glimpse of Ludwig's score at the begininning of the IMAX featurette is absolutely beautiful, very intimate, this will probably be his most wonderful score to ...

Re: Trailer #2

[...] I would argue agaisnt that whole "Murica" angle, to me it seems very much like they are subverting it, specially with that twist at the end, that tone shift, i expect a harsh critique of the government, and of the whole Manhattan project. Yeah, given what we know about the frame story and the...

Re: Oppenheimer - General Information

This is it, we are finally entering the famous Christopher Nolan's month! It's always so exciting, I think it is very likely that the first trailer will appear with the release of Avatar: The Way of Water . As for the prologue, I also thought about the fact that there might not be one, or (let's hop...

Re: Cillian Murphy Leads the Cast of Oppenheimer

I think it's safe to say that Nolan is at a point in his career where he's a true auteur who is in total control of his craft and is absolutely sure of it, so it's not surprising (and yes, every project is different, so this one probably needed a quicker time to be made). This is going to be amazing...

Re: Oppenheimer - General Information

I doubt we'll get much until the trailer is released in November or December (I still think it will play in front of 'The Fabelmans'). Rami Malek is promoting 'Amsterdam' right now and Emily Blunt starts promoting 'The English' next month. So, we could get some interview quotes from them about the ...

Re: A Universal Franchise in Nolan's Future?

A truly cursed thread. I don't think anyone would want Nolan to return to franchise filmmaking... and none of those look appealing. The universal monster adaptations have been such a boondoggle I break out in hives just thinking about I, Frankenstien or the Cruise Mummy. As has been said many times...
