Re: Totem question
I totally agree that it is a plot hole. The point of the totem is to see if someone else has created your dream world. Re: vanilla sky and inception
Just saw vanilla sky today and couldn't help but compair the two. Re: "Missing" a kick? (spoiler)
I thought the needing 2 kicks theory was the first theory I could believe a while back, but the next day I realized a part of the movie: Yusuf specifically states that no matter how strong the sedative works, it has no effect (impairment) of the inner ear function, meaning that the movie logic did n...

I do not exempt myself at all, but I think Nolan finds these arguments completely entertaining

And Yusuf is seen when they go under. He is the dreamer of the first level. I thought he sat behind Arthur, but I'm not sure.rav wrote:TBH i thought that eames and yuseph are just in the dream (so not 'real') as they are not seen on the plane at the end.

Re: Mal's Totem vs. Dom's Totem
Yes, the color which you argue, is exactly the same. Interestingly enough, it is Cobb's totem which "looks" darker in this comparison. The shape looks slightly fatter on one, but that is only due to the angle of the shot...and lighting.

What's your opinion on the children? Same clothes? Different clothes? Same age, Different Age?indy42 wrote: It's black. Both in that picture and what I saw yesterday in IMAX. Again, it will take a clearer image, a DVD release probably to clear this up, but from what I saw I saw two different totems.
