Screw that. It's the last part of the trilogy so they can kill the whole cast. That would also ensure no one tries to continue the trilogy without Nolan.

Time easily. I listened to it before the movie came out here and it sounded great. Now, after seeing the movie I get chills from it.

Beyond that, all the pieces are great.

That's kind of the point though. They hear the "WROOOOOOOMPH WROOOOOOMPH" sound in the dream when the song is played, since the time goes slower - thus the song is slowed down.

I'm not sure I agree about it, but one thing that would support the theory as well is that Cobb doesn't actually have any reason to take part in the job. He has no role in the inception. It could be possible that people pulled a form of Mr. Charles, making Cobb think he's a necessary part of the job...

If I'm correct, I seem to remember someone saying something about them needing 2 kicks to get out from limbo. They jumped off the building for kick 1 and the fortress exploding would be kick 2. Although that doesn't explain why Eames was setting the explosives before Cobb and Ariadne went into limbo...

Craig is actually genuinely interested about Inception, it just didn't exactly seem like that during the Marion Cotillard interview. The episode that Ellen Page was on was much better.
