As far as I can understand... the first bullet shot scene is played in normal order, in which JDW is going towards the second bullet shot, also moving his face in that direction.
On the other hand, after the cut the face orientation going towards the second bullet shot is different compared to the previous shot. Then I reversed that specific part. Now it looks like that specific part is played in reverse order in the teaser. Also JDW is walking backwards in actual shooting timeline.
What the Hell is this shit?... what are u cooking Nolan?... what have u done?

I have to say, even though it doesn't show much... I really like it. The music is amazing and it has a very creepy atmosphere - it reminds me of the Inception teaser.
