Paul Walter Hauser would be an interesting pick imo. He was very good in I, Tonya and I quite liked his work in Blackklansman .

I think Alfred ideally should be in mid 70s. Else it would mean that he left his job in his late 30s or early 40s for Waynes and it gives him barely a decade as spy badass.

Elderly Alfred is really just an invention of the movies. In the books he was closer to 50s than 70s.
I was hoping that they would exclude Alfred from this film altogether, but alas...
