Gotta be a toss up between The Prestige, Batman Begins and Inception for me. Great stories, well told, done with originality and intelligence and a confidence to not push the obvious buttons. Probably settle for The Prestige though as his best.

My choice goes to Inception. I would vote for Memento or The Dark Knight, but Memento is not as enjoyable as Inception and The Dark Knight(It's still a great movie though). As for The Dark Knight, it's a great movie but I choose Inception for its originality.

Memento is my 2nd fav nolan movie & 15th fav movie of all time. i now hold the prestige as my 4th fav film of his & one of the best films ever made period.#16 for me.

1.The Dark Knight-The best mix of emotion and intellect. A masterpiece!
2.Inception-A brilliant and visually-stimulating work of art,filled with terrific performances.
3.Memento-One of the most unique films of all time!
4.Batman Begins/The Prestige-Too close to call. Love Begins for its story,performances,visual moments,action scenes,and score;Prestige is great for its performances and story,as well,but its story is spellbinding with its twists and intensity.Just can't choose;thankfully,I don't have to.
6.Insomnia-A great psychological thriller filled with terrific perfromances from its leads.Plus,I love the score.It just lacks the emotion of the previous five.
7.Following-Great for a debut film,with performances and plot strong throughout;just could have been longer.
