Mine has to be considered Memento. Considering the depth of the story, the details involved, the logic, the budget (or lack there of), and not to mention the format of the story.

The Dark Knight is an EXTREMELY close second...

TDK is still my favorite Nolan film (and I LOVED Inception). It's more of a personal thing with me, I've always <3 Batman and i think TDK will be my favorite movie forever.

very good film but in my opinion it doesn't represent some of the most significant features Nolan offers as a filmmaker.

Huh... The Prestige, Insomnia, and Following are improving in the vote now that Inception is out, while The Dark Knight, Memento, and Batman Begins have lost quite a bit of their ground.

I don't think this films have lost anything, Memento and Inception are Nolan's masterpieces in my opinion
and the rest of the films are simply magnificent and wont loose any respect no matter what, specially The Dark Knight and The Prestige
keep in mind we're still on the Inception Hype...
