and how do we know this isn't just the Nokia trailer?

I doubt it. The dominoes trailer wasn't released theatrically was it? Also no mpaa banner at the beginning.

I'm not sure a trailer sponsored by Nokia would make it to being played before TASM, it would have to be approved by MPAA and all of that.
