That's not a terrible pic for Rooney. That's actually one of the better ones on the internet.

The best Rooney pics are also from photoshoots. You barely have great pics with her on the red carpet or on the street. That because she's not that hot. She may be sweet, she may be attractive, she may be beautiful or whatever someone can see in her... but hot? When someone thinks of hot he usually thinks of the body and the attitude... That's what impresses him. Rooney doesn't have that much of a great body... She's pretty normal where Kate worked on her body so you can see the results. Also their attitude is different. One is shy and too cocky and the other is libertine and kinda "sluttish"... Therefore... HOT.

But hey if you think Rooney is hotter... who cares. Good for you.
