TDKR is surely going to own the opening weekend record. But I think it's going to be extremely tough for it to break HP 7.2's midnight opening and opening day records. That movie was incredibly front loaded.

The Avengers earned $80.5 million on friday. I think they would made $180 million on the wekend.
My prediction for TDKR is $180 million, more or less.
In any case this are incredible numbers.

Well now that Avengers is out, we've been gaining more and more attention due to the trailer being attached to it. The more money Avengers makes, the more attention we have to the trailer, and with a viral marketing beginning (probably this month), and a full-scale marketing (posters, clips, teasers, TV spots etc.), hype will grow and we will set a new record, AND with Nolanfans' help. Like I said on my OP, watch this movie at least 2 - 3 times this opening weekend everyday from Friday - Sunday, and we can win this.
