TDKR Trailer #3

JGL is bigger than we expected... Just not THAT big, I mean... Come on. :facepalm:

JGL is going to be a big part, probably similar to what Harvey Dent was, law abiding citizen. Robin isn't going to be in the film at all, period, case closed, or the film wouldn't have been made. These ideas you have should be abandoned.

Well I just think its possible if Batman is broken and someone has to fill in for him while he's out. JMO

I've never read Batman comics, I came to TDKR thread yesterday for the first time since December. I didn't wanna know anything about the filming process or any kind of spoiler so I have completely stayed away from this thread. This is just my take from watching the trailer and putting it together.

From the trailer it looks like Bane comes to Gotham and breaks Batman right away and then he's kidnapped. If in fact he is broken, how long would he be out for? Quite some time before he's back in action, right? Blake being there (the figure in the background when Bane and Batman are fighting on that bridge and falling water) at the fight seeing what happens to Batman doesn't want people of Gotham to lose hope again so he becomes Batman until he comes back just. It seems like he (Blake) knows Selina Kyle in the trailer although I understand it could be edited that way to make it look like they are working together while Batman is out.

If Blake is a cop he would have a ton of combat training. Not to the extent of what Bruce had from the LOS but a pretty good deal to beat the shit outta people.

Just think about it for a second and try to imagine it compatible with Nolan's universe. It took Wayne over 8 years to get to what he was in BB. Catwoman, Blake and Co. will be taking care of damage control in Bruce's absence. A surrogate Batman contradicts the idea of the Dark Knight rising
