Ava Gardner.

Punk/grunge...I don't think so. That's classic beauty and sensuality.

Not to mention her party dress, she's graceful and feline.

I still don't see the grunge element from the Catwoman view. I see more of a stripper influence with the boots.

I really love how Anne's Selina is full of desperation in scenes of the trailer, this movie will really be Anne's huge moment. Every shot of her: when she walks through that station, when she puts on the necklace (SPOILER: when she's sitting in that car), she looks so sad still desperate, that's the best word to describe it, I think.

i really like the idea of Selina viewing herself as an enygma...Selina Kyle/Catwoman is the same entity, unlike Bruce and Batman. That's why her mask doesn't hide who she is.

Which is what frustrates me when people complain about her mask. Its not supposed to hide who she is. Its defining her.

Yep! Breakfast At Tiffany's! :) Nothing says "classy" much like Audrey Hepburn. I can definitely see why Nolan chose these women as the inspiration for Selina's style. It works flawlessly for Anne.
