Anyone played Metal Gear Solid 2? Well...

It was initially believed that Solidus planned to expose the existence of the Patriots by using Arsenal Gear to detonate a nuclear warhead over the skies of New York City. The high-altitude blast would create a gigantic electromagnetic pulse and bring Wall Street to a halt, toppling the Patriots' power over the business community in Manhattan, and spurring the world into a panic. He would then free Manhattan from its digital yoke and establish a liberated zone in its place.

The Metal Gear Solid series is my favorite game series of all time, and that makes a lot of sense. The parallels are there

I think a lot of it will follow No Man's Land. But instead of an earthquake, it will be Bane's device that creates havoc in the city, cutting Gotham off from everything else and complete anarchy in Gotham with citizens choosing sides and having a war with each other. And instead of Batman leaving to get help, he is imprisoned and Catwoman plays the Batgirl role while he's away, holding off criminals. There was even footage of John Blake using graffiti to mark territory which is a storyline in No Mans Land where the GCPD would use graffiti to show spots of the city they were in control of.

Official-

When Commissioner Gordon stumbles upon a plot to destroy the city from within, Bruce Wayne gets back into action as the Batman. Waiting for him is the mysterious Selina Kyle and Bane, a lethal adversary on a crusade to tear apart Batmans legacy piece by piece.

Does that say that Gordon is a fugitive?
