If I would be a guy like Tom Waits and had a natural voice that resembled Heath's voice when acting as the Joker, I wouldn't be able te resist but speak like that EVERY second in my life :-D

He doesnt sound like that anymore


Looks like Heath used Depo's trick of modeling a character after a rocker. Gilliam did say that Heath was very fond of Depp

Punkish attitude, I remember reading about it back in 2007, how it was Johnny Rotten. Upon hearing this, it's a mix of everything.
